The Best Printers of 2021

Printers are a critical and often overlooked piece of the puzzle in the office. They can directly impact your workflow, productivity, and even your employees' health. That's why it's important to find the best printers for your business! In this blog post, we'll discuss how to choose a printer that will work well with you so you don't have to worry about wasting time or money on something that just isn't right for you.

First, you need to understand what your needs are. Are you printing in color? Maybe that's not important for the work you do but it is for someone else. Do you print on both sides of the paper - or maybe just one side? Is your office space tight and crowded with limited room for supplies? These things will all affect which printer is best suited for you! For example, if there isn't enough room around printers then an inkjet may be better because they're more compact than laserjet printers and don't require as much maintenance since toner sticks onto paper instead of going down into a drum-like many lasers do. On the other hand, if you need to print in color a lot then a laserjet printer may be better for you.

The Best Printers for 2021:

Brother Multifunction Laser Printer HL2270DW

Best printer in color with an easy-to-navigate control panel and a ton of features like auto duplexing, printing on USB drives or CDs, Ethernet port. It prints at speeds up to 27ppm (pages per minute) but also averages about 16ppm when used regularly which is still pretty fast! Prints reports that are very sharp and clear. Price ranges from $250-$300 depending on where you purchase it. Rating: perfect five stars by Amazon users who use this printer every day for everything they need like invoices, business cards, labels, etc.

Epson WorkForce WF-2750

A great printer for anyone with a tight budget. Comes in at about $150-$170 on Amazon, so it's the cheapest and best quality printer you can get. It prints reports that are clear but not as sharp as the Brother one mentioned above. Cuts down printing time by half or more because of its duplexing system which is awesome! The only downside to this machine is that there isn't an Ethernet port available like the other machines have BUT if your office network has WiFi then you'll be all set!

Brother HL-L2340DW

This is the most expensive printer on this list at about $200-$250, but it's by far one of the best printers you can buy. Its duplexing system (the same as Epson) makes printing reports take half or less than half the time because pages are printed on both sides without having to manually turn them over yourself and risk possibly smudging something that was already printed! It also has a built-in WiFi connection so you don't have to worry about hooking up an Ethernet cable if your office network doesn't have internet access AND if any problems do arise with it then Brother offers free support for 24 months just like they offer for their other products.
