DEPRESSION!!

 What is depression ?

Depression is a mood , mood disorder where a person feels too sad and gloomy. It affects the way we think and causes various other physical diseases. Depression is ubiquitous with people nowadays, especially with today's generation, where they often feel dejected. A person who suffers from depression has panic attacks and loses interest in everything. Depression breaks a person entirely from the inside and that person starts assuming that he/she is the loneliest person in this world.

Conclusion

Depression is a curable disease. Depressed people often think about negative things. It is not a destructive disease. A person can cure depression if they work upon it. You can get it fixed quickly. Stay happy and let your emotions come out. Don't let other people affect you. Learn to walk alone and love yourself, no matter what happens. Visit the nearest hospital and consult your doctor. Take your medicines timely and always look upon the world positively. Think that everyone is trying to help you and thoroughly take everything. If you do so you will come out as a stronger person. Few people commit suicide because they are shattered from inside and cannot understand what is going on in this world. Your mental health matters and for that you have to take care of yourself properly. Don't be afraid to share your feelings with anyone. Don't have the sense that someone will judge you. Just speak your heart out without any representation. Keep in mind that you have to cure yourself super soon and go with the flow. Come out of depression and then lead a good life with all the good and positive people around you.
